When Letique reached out to us, they knew our founder, Rachael Heaton, had previously worked with HiSmile and our team specialise in the wellness space. As a brand in the high 8-figures, they required a specific set of skills to break into a new market that is vastly different to those they'd conquered. They had previously engaged an agency in the US with very little progress to show.

Letique Cosmetics is an Russian-based brand that found great success in the European and Asian markets. They had their eyes set on the US and while their founder had amassed over 11M cult followers on Instagram alone, her content is in Russian. We needed the brand to be trusted in a turbulent political landscape and needed a new approach.

We encouraged Letique to produce content and select UGC creators that appealed to the US (spoke english and and embodied cultural norms). Letique was founded in Ler Chek's kitchen—skincare without the crap—this was a story we could make work in the US. We went in with a long-term play in mind, focusing on LTV, MER, and building brand trust — a funnel built for repeat purchase.
